Gain the tools needed to not only teach Cycling, but to also give you a deeper understanding of your own Cycling Practice. Learn all the basics needed to safely and effectively craft your own Cycling Class, and give you the foundation to build a challenging, yet accessible, and always FUN Cycling experience for yourself and your students. By the end of our weekend together, you’ll have a sequence, a playlist, and teaching experience in your back pocket. To put it simply, you’ll be ready to rock by Monday!
